In 2008, according to calculations by the IfM Bonn approximately 399 000 new businesses and approximately 412 000 liquidations take place. However, after 3 years only about half of these companies exist. After 5 years, there were even only 20%.
These figures are daunting and seem to confirm the concern of many people who are dissatisfied with their jobs and would like to independently.
Why is this? If the entrepreneurs do not sufficiently trained in business matters and issues of marketing? Are they not even hard enough? Although there certainly are such people among the founders, these assumptions are wrong.
Often it is because the business idea is not fully developed. Without a unique feature to have, it is difficult to compete in the market. Finding a niche or an area that can be filled with an original idea does not come easy for everyone.
There may be alternatives. Franchising in the 400-500 systems allow a relatively safe grounds in an already existing System. These are ideas or systems that have been tried successfully in practice and therefore already successful in the market for years often already active. These franchise systems are looking to expand in Germany and beyond, and thus create more business and seeking entrepreneurs.
